Our dedicated management personnel in regional offices throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, and Pacific Northwest provide a full suite of front-line management and back-office operational support, tailored to each clients’ needs. We offer management to private landowners, timberland investment management organizations, conservation groups and municipal entities.
Company History
LandVest was formed in 1968 by an ambitious group of entrepreneurs as ”the only integrated
source for land services and investment in New England”. Over the past 50+ years, we have grown
in size, scope, and geographic reach to become an international presence. We remain the trusted
advisor to owners of significant real property assets and continue to strive to achieve exceptional
results for those with interests in high-quality real estate and timberland by empowering them
with deep knowledge, superior services, and sound advice.
